This document describes how to create a trouble ticket for escalation to the 121Co's Support Team.


From the page footer click "New support ticket" button, the new ticket form will appear.



On the New Ticket form, select your preferred language and fill out the information, similar to the example shown below. 


In the Description area, please type in your request and any other special instructions.


When you have finished, please click the submit button as shown below: 



Your support ticket will be answered & sent to your email address from the 121Co support team within 24 hours.
